August 15, a date that every Indian is proud of had leveled up it’s significance and pride associated with as it is the 75th year of Independence. To commemorate this glorious day, The state of Hyderabad was all pumped up and excited just like the rest of the Country.

The State Government on 10th August 2022, announced a grand event that was set to take place on the morning of 15th August at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium. All the citizens were cordially invited and were asked to carry the National Flag to the stadium. The Government let no stone unturned into promoting the Grand Celebration and rightly so, after all ‘Bharat’ was entering it’s 75th year of Independence. On the morning of the Celebration, approximately an attendance of 60,000 people reached the stadium.

The event included Singers, Dancers and many athletes performing in the honour of our Great INDIA. But, the biggest surprise awaited the citizens as after the performance from the celebrities it were the several Army personnel who risk their lives on the border, were invited on the stage which centered the stadium. The Jawans had their Head held high as they were conferred with Awards and medals.

As the event concluded, the massive crowd of 60,000 people belonging from different castes, Religious or economic background took pride in singing the National Anthem loud and clear. The National Flag was hoisted by our Kargil War heroes just after the National Anthem ended. The Pride, Joy and the energy everyone felt while the National Flag was unfurled was unparalleled. There’s no greater love than the Love for the nation, there’s no bigger service that can be carried out than to Serve your nation. Jai Hind!
